Free Fall Fest Returns to Historic Farm
Shore House Canna’s Fall Fest opens its doors at Rea’s Farm in West Cape May on Saturday, September 26, offering a full day of cannabis connection, product showcases and fall‑themed fun at no cost to attendees.
Event organizers promise vendor booths that resemble a farmers’ market, hands‑on demonstrations, and carnival‑style games where guests can sample edibles, tinctures, topicals and vape products while learning from brand representatives.
The festival welcomes a diverse crowd that includes retirees, first‑time consumers and longtime medical patients, reflecting a community‑focused approach that goes beyond typical millennial‑centric gatherings, according to Dave Christian of Shore House Canna.
The Last Farm Standing
Rea’s Farm, one of the few working farms left in West Cape May, has operated since 1922 and is managed by five generations of the Rea family, who have resisted real‑estate pressure that has turned many nearby properties into subdivisions.
The historic property, home to the “Beanery” birdwatching site, provides a scenic backdrop of migrating birds, songbirds and flocks of sparrows, creating a unique setting for cannabis enthusiasts to gather openly.
Edibles, Elders, and First‑Timers
Attendees can explore low‑dose gummies, high‑dose topicals, THC beverages and tinctures that many newcomers find more approachable than flower, a point highlighted by Shore House Canna’s staff.
“Fall Fest is a totally unique cannabis event that draws the community from across the state and beyond, bringing locals, newcomers and seasoned heads together to explore New Jersey’s best brands and innovations,” Christian said.
What to Expect This Year
The 21‑and‑over event requires ID verification and a waiver signed at the gate, and each guest receives a commemorative Fall Fest tote and an event map that marks every vendor location.
